These sorts of report errors are typically indicative of not having the correct report table being read by the program. Some questions:
- What version of Adagio Recievables is installed (see Help / About for version and service pack date)?
- Did you recently install an update to Receivables?
- Was this working recently and stopped working, or has this never worked?
I would recommend re-installing Adagio Receivables to make sure that the correct report table is in place. It may be that the correct table was installed but on the wrong drive. Make sure the 'report tables drive' selection during installation is correct - you may need help from your Adagio consultant if this part is confusing.
