The file RIC 530.drv is not an Adagio file and is quite likely related to your printer driver. Try setting up a different printer driver as the default in Windows.

At what point does the error occur?
-When you select a report to print?
-When you actually print the report?
Does this happen if you preview or export the report?
Does this happen for all reports or just some?

This is the first report of the new version having a problem with a specific printer, and is likely unrelated to its installation. Very little was changed in the report printing with this release - most of the enhancements were in the financial reporter.

Am I correct in assuming that this printer is a recent addition to your site?
