Are you trying to set up a different "Company" for each property? Are these already set up in ACCPAC Plus (since you refer to a Start List)? If so, then just click on the single file folder when you "log in" to Receivables and browse to each set of data. The little icon with multiple file folders displays a list of the companies you've opened with Receivables.

Of if you are creating AR customer data from scratch, it might be easiest to use Control Account sets to differentiate customers amongst GL accounts/departments.

Also, you can create shortcuts to Adagio Receivables to automatically open a particular company (or property).
