A couple of things you can look at, if you think that some data is missing from our Sales Analysis, are the OE audit list and the connection to OE.

To retrieve data into Sales Analysis, you must print and clear the OE audit lists after day end to allow the retrieval of the data into Sales Analysis. Check the data files oeshiptr and oecrnttr, and if they are greater than 0 bytes, then you need to perform those functions.

Also, you can check the file oe1801 in the OEASP directory. It should have the same file date as those for Sales Analysis (SRASP directory). If not, you will need to reinstall Sales Analysis to set it up.

If the data is still in OE, you can run the 'Scan data from other systems' function to re-retrieve data that does not have duplicate keys (Invoice# and date).
