We are having issues with 2 users now. Today, Erin-Lee changed the Standard Cost on an item from $0 to $68. However, on her workstation in IC it still says $0. It will not refresh. Alison added a name to a customer in AR, but she cannot see the new name. It is only showing her the old data. She cannot refresh. We waited and did not do anything. 10 minutes later they both refreshed.

Further evidence to support my theory. Assuming your server has Opportunistic Locking enabled then someplace on your network you have a workstation with Opportunistic Locking disabled, or visa versa. The other possible problem is the wrong SMB setting on the server.
