When I went to www.softrak.com on the old website, there was a search box available at the top. I would use it to search for a question I had before posting to the technical support forum. It was better than using the search box in the forum itself. It seems to have disappeared and I miss it. If it still exists, could someone point me in the right direction? Also, where are the manuals for the modules now located? Having trouble finding them. And since I'm looking for things, I checked the YouTube channel for a training video and couldn't find it - Advanced GridView. Any ideas? Lastly, is there a sample file for importing a quote into SaleCQ? Thanks for the help.

Further to the new website comments ... Where are the upgrade downloads?

Mike: Use Google for all searches. Softrak's new website is designed to make use of Google search engine. I searched 'Adagio manuals' and found this http://softrak.com/products/documentation.phpThe video's are readily available in the client portal. Sample import files are available in every sample database, there should be one in SalesCQ for quotes. I also seem to recall someone mentioning that they were also available on Softrak's website but I wasn't able to find anything. Ralph: Dealer or end user installs? Both are easily obtainable in their respective portals.

Hi Doug/Support
Thanks for the direction. But if you notice, there is no documentation link on either the public web page or the client web page. I did see "Adagio Modules" under products but the links for the different modules just sent me to advertising. I would suggest that there be a link to the documentation page, and/or a direct link to documentation under Learning Centre.
As for Google searches, the old website used a Google base search (I think) but it searched the Softrak site first and then the whole web. No need to type in Adagio, and the searches generated more relevant results. And it is very important to put 'Adagio" first in any search inquiry. Using "adagio sample quote import " returned what I wanted as the first result, whereas "sample quote import adagio " returned something completely different. (I found out that my memory is terrible because I had already asked this question once before.)
I didn't see Online under Education. I guess I was looking for Webinars or How To.
Thanks for the help.

Hi, Mike,
Within the Client Portal (just sign in), you'll find the manuals and such under Documentation, Product Documentation.
Look on the right side of the page under Support. Documentation is in 'red'. Please select the Product Documentation link. Products are listed alphabetically.
The website has been redesigned with an initial look to persons visiting the site as prospects.
As with the Forum previously, existing clients should Sign In (or Register first if they haven't already) and then access the Client Portal button presented at the top of the page. The Client Portal contains links to the Forum, software downloads, product documentation, webinars, Show Me How videos, etc. used by existing clients.

Sorry, I'm an idiot. I thought signing in was enough. I forgot you had to then click on client portal. Any reason we can't be taken right to the client page upon sign-in?
Thanks

I find it very awkward to find the Technical Forum on the new website.

Hmm, that's interesting. I find it easier.
If you are logged into the site, go to the "Client Portal". There is a direct link to the Forum on the right hand side of the Portal under "Quick Links"

I have a browser bookmark to the forum http://softrak.com/forum to load it. Perhaps that's easy for me to say, since it's my job to monitor the tech forum, but it's a very easy way to access it.

Maybe it is not that it is more difficult as in hard, just more clicks. Before you were able to access the support forum off of the home page, now that is not the case.
The idea is probably to funnel users to the Client Portal so putting the Support Forum link in there makes sense. However I also miss being able to access the Support Forum from the home page.
Cheers, Lauren

Two clicks vs a hover and a click. Me - I just have the forum open on a tab in my browser, every time it's launched - no clicks. (And arguably no life.)
