I am working on setting up the May invoices for May the 1st in AR. I usually sign in with the date that I working on however I forgot!! and signed in and then posted using today's date. The invoices were set-up for May 1st ~ I just want to check that by posting on today's date, the aged trial balance will not be messed up. I believe the trial balance goes only by how the account is set up initially and the date of invoice, but want to double check before I continue.

The date you have signed in with has no importance when posting; it's the transaction date of the invoices that matters.
