Hi Sean,
This is almost certainly related to the bitmap image that has been inserted onto your check specification.
It may be the BMP file itself, or perhaps in combination with the printer driver being used.

- Does print preview checks also fail?
- Try editing the specification and removing the image. Perhaps you'll want to make the changes to a copy of the spec rather than the live spec.
- Try the process using a different printer driver. Sometimes different emulations of the same driver present different results.
- Did you change anything else in addition to the Adagio updates?
