Well, I figured out how to get logged into my modules but now I am having a really weird problem. My t&b screen is not right. It seems to be "scrunched" and I can't see the client and the hours. Can you let me know how I can correct this?

I have windows xp professional and version Time & Billing 6.8A (030130).

Hello Sheri,

Right mouse click on an empty area of your desktop and select Properties. From the Display properties tab select Appearance. Make sure that the Font Size is "Normal" (Not Large). If you would like the display bigger, change the resolution of your screen from 1024x768 to 800x600.

Does that help?

Hi Andrew. No it does not as my font size is normal when I go into properties. Any other suggestions?

Another place to look in Windows XP is the DPI (dots per inch) resolution in the Advanced area of the Display settings. So follow the same instructions Andrew gave above, but instead of the Appearance screen, go to the Settings screen. At the bottom right, click the Advanced button.

From here, on the first screen that comes up (General), there is a DPI resolution that should be set to Normal size. If it is Large size or Custom, then this can also throw off window orientation.

Also note on this screen in the bottom half is the place to set when Windows will apply new display settings (ie is a reboot required). Perhaps after changing settings you had to reboot the computer for them to take effect.

That's about all I can offer for Windows display and how Adagio may be affected.

Thank you so much for that additional information. I went to the advanced area of the display settings and it was on a large font. i changed it to normal, rebooted and everything is perfect. Thank you so much for all your help. You are the best!!
