I've seen this once before. A data file GLDTREE stores the list of deparments for the Financial Reporter, in addition to department ranges and masks, and the sequence in which all of these are displayed in the drop-down. In the other case, this file became corrupted and one department got listed twice and another was excluded entirely.
The solution in their case was to have all users exit Adagio, rename this file, and re-start Ledger and the Financial Reporter, which recreates the GLDTREE file with the list of departments reset. This procedure would eliminate all department ranges and masks, so if you have a number of these you don't want to have to re-create, the GLDTREE file would have to be edited - and this change is likely best done with your Adagio consultant.
