When you post an invoice that has a payment applied as part of the entry, and the "Auto Print posting journal after post?" is checked off, the system only offers to print the Invoice Posting Journal. You still have to visit the Cash Posting Journal menu option to get that report, and check off "Last sequence only" so you don't get multiple reports.

It would be more logical if the "Auto Print" option covered both reports.

Currently posting journals are not linked when 'auto-printed after post'. I can forward your suggestion to R&D.

In the mean time, you could create a Report Set that includes Favorites to both the invoice and cash posting journals, with the option to print just the most recent posting sequence selected for each.
