I have a summary row that gives me averages of a view I run. I only need this summary row which I want to export to Excel. I hid all rows but the summary and then exported. I forgot that gridview exports the summary row formulas (the summary row wouldn't export of course), so I then tried to unhide the rows. Nothing I tried would let me unhide them. I had to refresh the view to get all the rows back. Is this a glitch or did I miss something?

How did you hide all the rows? Normally I would suggest selecting the whole View by clicking in the top left corner, and then selecting "Unhide" off the context menu.

Left click and hold on first row label, and drag down to last row I wanted to hide. I tried your suggestion first. But if just the summary row is visible, clicking in the top left corner doesn`t work - only File Properties is avaiable.

Hmmm - for me too. But you can choose Form | Rows | Unhide and they reappear.

If all you want to export is the result row, then use the function GETLINKEDRESULT() to pull the result numbers up to a single record View of the Company Profile.
