While it may appear that doing what Warren suggested has corrected the problem, it doesn't correct it fully. As such, while Ledger opens without error, problems may be encountered later running a report.
The problem with the 9.1A (2014.02.21) Service Pack install has been corrected. Note the Full, Upgrade, NFR and Evaluation didn't have a problem.
Anyone who downloaded or downloaded and installed the SP should redownload and reinstall. The fixed version will correct sites that had the problem from the original (bad) SP. Sites where the problem was correctly manually by copying files should also re-download and reinstall the SP as the manual process did not fully correct the problem.
We are resending the SP notice email to all users who got it originally, informing them of the problem and asking them to re-download and reinstall.
