Normally, where would the Gridview filter file be found?

What is the extension of this file?

GridView report files have the extension GV (ie. SalesReport.gv). There are also GridView "workspace" files which have the extension GVS (ie. SalesReport.gvs). Workspace files are often used when a report employs several individual .gv files to work together.
