I am not able to open any of the files that have been extracted in order to find rentrak files to convert.

Have done this many times and I am not able to get into the program. Need help to connect - new computer systems and new stations but able to connect to AP, IV and Ledger

I've let your Adagio Consultant know that you are having a problem. It's very difficult to troubleshoot problems of this type over the forum. There are too many things that might be wrong, and only your Adagio Consultant knows about your setup.
