Client called in saying that she was working in her Adagio BankRec and posted a batch, however it was taking a long time to post the batch, so she made the mistake of closing the window before the batch finished posting. Now the post button is locked and she can't do anything. She has tried restarting the server already.

Failing (for any reason) during posting is never a good thing and many times the simplest answer is to restore the prior to posting back-up if they have one and run the process again.
