Client called saying there was no DayEnd on Friday and he's not sure why (they didn't receive any failure messages).

Did client actually run DayEnd? If not, that could be the answer.

"Dayend" means different things to different people. Can you tell us what they mean by it - especially the modules and the exact processes that make it up.

Checked Task Scheduler on Server and Task failed. Issue is with Client's IT department to resolve now
