Well the fact that Opportunistic Locking is still enabled on your machine will potentially set you up for data corruption. The 'easy' way to change this is by running the CHKSYS utility, but because you chose not to make the change (as noted in the log), you will have to do it manually by editing the registry. Do a search for Opportunistic Locking on this forum and you will likely find the correct keys.
The usual cause of clicking the Print button for a report and nothing happens is the existance of a newer Crystal Reports print engine that what Adagio is expecting. This would be due to installing another application that uses Crystal Reports, and that overwrote the file that Adagio requires. The solution is to put back the old file that Adagio wants.
The file name is CRPE32.DLL and belongs in the C:\windows\system(32) directory. You can get a 'backup' of the file Adagio requires from the X:\softrak\system\win32 directory, where X is the location where Adagio is installed. This might have a potential conflict with the other application, but in my experience very few reports use the features that the newer CRPE32.DLL provides.
Newer versions of Adagio load the CRPE32.DLL from a different location that C:\windows\system in order to avoid this conflict. You probably are not running a version that uses this.
