Hello Set Lan,

If your client has only an invoice or two that require adjustment, then the due date can be edited using the "Control Payments" menu choice. If this is not adequate for your client, I would be happy to quote on adding the ability edit the due date calculated when a specific Terms code is chosen.

Just so you know, Dakota Software will convert your client's ACCPAC Advantage database to Adagio for a fixed (reasonable) price.

Hello Set Lan,

It's hard to get screen shots to show up on this forum - perhaps you could e-mail them to me?

Thanks

Hi Set Lan,

I assume that you wish to change the Due Date after the invoice has been posted. All of the discussion you have had so far applies.

If you simply want to override the Due Date (or any other Terms information) at the time of entering the invoice, you can simply Delete the value in the Terms field. When this value is blank, you have access to the Terms Description, Due Date, Discount Date and Discount percent.
