I have a Statement Group with some SmartSheets and some other sheets. When I print the entire Statement Group the SmartSheets were printing consolidated not just by the dept set up for that SmartSheet, even though when I view the statement on my computer it's by dept. I tried editing the items and clicking on Expand SmartSheet, but it still prints more than just the 1 dept, that I can see on my screen. How do I get the SmartSheets in this Statement Group to print correctly?

I see that I asked a similar question on Statement Groups a couple years ago, and that answer was helpful. I also am watching the recorded webinar on Financial Reporter. I made the printing work by changing the backwards apostrophe to the dept in the SmartSheet set up column, but I'm not sure why that apostrophe was picking up consolidated statements when I didn't have the consolidated option clicked on. I did make it work though. Thanks.

Hi,

When you look at the settings for the statements in the group, under the Department heading, there's probably an * indicating the statement is to be printed consolidated.

When logged in as the Adagio System Administrator, you can right click on the statement and select to Edit that report Item to make the change there. You'll see that quite a number of options can be edited here.

Thank you, consolidated is ticked off in all the statements.

If I don't want the statement to print as consolidated but there is more than 1 department, can I just tick off on 'All Departments', or do I have to tick on any department that is in the statement?

"All departments" generates the statement for every department in your list of departments. If you add a new department, the statement will automatically be generated for the new department. If to tick specific departments in the list, then the statement will only be generated for those chosen departments.
