What is the date on the deposits? (I assume you mean Pre-payments?).

I would say that an integrity check should be done every day, and certainly before any backup is overwritten.

PS - I know you are probably used to entering all your information into the computer in all caps, but on a forum or in an email it is the equivalent of shouting. Were you really shouting?

Just make a note that you should not be seeing an integrity problem more than once a year, even in a really high volume transaction site. If you are seeing integrity problems more frequently than that, then it is likely you have a hardware problem (usually network card related), unless you can create the integrity problem consistantly by performing the same sequence of steps. Use Adagio's File | Backup to make frequent backup's of your data - it only takes a few minutes, at most.
