Can you create a new report using Sample Data?

I cannot replicate your problem here. I have inserted (all from QIP65A history file):
Customer No. (Hdr)
Description (Hdr)
Date (Hdr)
Customer Name (Hdr)
Document No. (Detl)
Items Shipped (Detl)
Date (Detl)
Document Type (Hdr)
Total after Tax (Hdr)

No errors. All fields print.

I would suggest calling your ACCPAC Dealer. There must be something else going on there that we cannot determine from our correspondence. Please give them a call. If they are a Softrak Partner, they will be able to call Tech Support directly if they cannot solve the problem.
