Hi Adrienne
If DIC (Data Integrity Check) will not allow you to Rebuild, or if Rebuild doesn't fix your errors, you would be best off restoring from a backup that is clean, no matter how old it is. Most likely a backup from before the creation of Next Year would be clean, but hopefully you can find a more recent one.
Although it is tedious, it is not really that time consuming to merge 100+ batches from your current data into a clean backup. If the task seems daunting, ask your Adagio consultant for help. It's something I do fairly regularly for clients, usually for reasons having nothing to do with corrupt data. I "recover" the batches I want to merge, export them to Excel and then import them into the backup. It can be a little more complicated than that if there are new accounts or departments, or financial report mods.
As a last resort, Softrak will quote you to fix your data. I say last resort because that is something you would typically arrange through your consultant.
