Hi Louise,
In the financial statement you created in Adagio FX, do you have the toolbar button 'Suppress zeroes' selected? This toolbar button looks like a red circle with diagonal line through it. The purpose of this of this button is to suppress rows where the numeric values of all columns are zero. This feature affects not only print and preview but also Export to Excel.
If you preview your report, are the grand totals similarly suppressed? If so then try again without this toolbar button toggled on.
Another similar row format is called 'Hide when Printed'. This allows information to be viewable on the report design screen but will not appear on the printed report. This also include exporting to Excel. Rows or columns with this format will have a light blue colour on the design screen. If you preview the report you should see rows like this suppressed, and similarly these rows are not exported to Excel.
If your Grand totals appear on the report Print Preview screen but are not exported to Excel, then something else unexpected is occuring.
