Hello, I have accidently imported the statement to bank rec twice, can I not override the import so that there is only one to match? what do i do with the duplicates that are left? will they go away if npt matched?

Assuming that you have not deleted the file downloaded from the bank...

Mark all the Bank statement entries as "Deleted" (click on the first, shift-click on the last and press the Delete key) and reset all the pending statuses on the Adagio side. Exit the reconciliation function and start again.

The strategy I use is to make a backup of the BankRec data prior to importing. Then if there is a problem I restore from the backup.

Another tip is to edit the grid on the left-hand side of the reconciliation screen (the imported records) and add the 'Import Sequence' column. This value increments for every import with a unique number.

This way you could differentiate between the first and second import, multi-select the entire second (erroneous) import and press the Delete key to delete them all. This is similar to Andrew's suggestion.
