I clicked off the active account button last year for a GL account as I did not want anything to be prosted to this account in error. There doesn't appear to be anyway to re activate this account. I can view in under inquires but can not bring it up under Edit. If I go into accounts under edit and go to find account it tells me the record is not found. I tried to add a new account but when I do that it tells me that the record already exists. How do i go into this account and activate it?

Hi Dawn,

Do you have the settings on the account list or finder grid to 'Show active only'? If so, disable this to get access to the account. Both the list and the F5 finder.

While editing or maintaining GL accounts...

Double-click on the column title bar, which should bring up the Column Editor. You will see the option there - "Active records only"
