Hi Set Lan,
(I've move this to the Support forum as this question is really above a General Inquiry)
Crystal Reports for Adagio installs in two separate phases. The proper way to install is to put the Crystal Reports designer on a local hard drive, and the Softrak portion (including report tables and PrintTool) on a shared network server or a local drive. This installation should be done from a workstation rather than the server itself, and you are required to have full installation rights when installing.
Information also gets written to the windows registry. Note also with Win XP and 2000 that who you log into the workstation as could make a difference as to whether the program runs successfully, due to unrecognized registry entries.
If you want others to be able to run PrintTool, you need the QRASP (or report tables) directory to be on a network drive, in addition to the \softrak\rpwin directory (where PrintTool is). You must also run the PTsetup program for all PrintTool users.
