Yeah, it can be a bit confusing, especially since there are 2 components to the installation of Crystal Reports for Adagio.
1) The Crystal Reports designer itself. It belongs on a local workstation and the default directory is just fine. There should be no need for workstation setup or Network Installation Points.
2) Adagio database interface. It will be installed (most often) to a shared network location, in \softrak\rpwin. From here, you need to run a workstation setup for PrintTool (PTsetup) for all other workstations.
When reports are created, copy the RPT files to a shared location. All other users should have a shortcut to PrinTool.exe on the network, allowing them to run those reports.
