We are using AR 9.0C, and one of our branches sent me the following question/comments this morning. Wondered if you could suggest anything for them? We have all our accounts set up as either email (most of them) or print (very few). In order to print preview to discuss with the cusotmer, they have to tick and then remember to untick. They are just wondering if there is an easier way:
"If a customer is set up as “Email” statements- we cannot even preview the statement, unless we go into the customer file and check the “Print” icon.
Is it possible for us to preview a statement, or even print it (for our use) when the customer is set up for email.
It happens to me often that I have a customer on the phone discussing their account, and I need to look at their statement, so I have to make the customer wait while I go back and forth between windows to set it up that way. Then I have to remember to change it back. I know that I do not always remember to uncheck Print.
Is there a way to fix this, so it is just a little easier for us?"
