It's possible that a workstation stopped running with the Chart of Accounts open. To make sure that all the locks are cleared, have everyone exit Adagio/ACCPAC Plus, then delete the file EZSEMTAB.dat from your data directory (where "dat" is your data selector). It will be re-created when the program is started.

That should solve the problem.
