Client uses QI 6.5A. An invoice was calculating incorrectly. When she reviewed it she was kicked out of ACCPAC Plus. Data Integrity check showed three errors, at least one indicating that batch total did not match totals of invoices.

Fixit does not support QI 6.5.

How can this be repaired?

Hi Kate,

Have you tried pointing Adagio Invoices at the data and copying all but the damaged invoice to another batch and then re-entering the damaged invoice?

PS - What are you doing working on a holiday - Happy Fourth!

That worked fine. Thanks. They were preparing top move to Adagio anyway, so I just installed Invoices a little early.

Once I had gotten my houseguests packed off to the Poconos, and finished the July 4 parade (didn't play the tree this year, just drove the truck pulling the Shade Tree Commission float), I was getting ready to go off to PA myself for the long weekend. But I had an appointment Tuesday to fix the problem. Ergo - reach out to the best information source around and an answer will be waiting when I return.
