I have installed Crystal Reports for Adagio on a Citrix server. The problem I have is that no matter what I do it does not display the Adagio files. When I go to the Adagio database it does not show the ??GLOB.??? files. If I hit all files it displays them all and when I click on say APGLOB for example I get a prompt for the password. Nothing seems to help. I am sure it has something to do with installation in the environment that they are in but I cannot seem to get it to work. I had their IT guy re-install it – same problem. It probably needs access to certain files but I am not sure which ones.

As an update to the above, they can now see the Adagio files but when they click on any of the files, it prompts the user for a password. We’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and there are no issues with the installation and they have full rights to the directories, but when any data file is chosen, it asks for a password (tried sys which doesn’t work). If they click cancel, it gives an error saying it doesn’t recognize the file as a known database.

Any ideas?

What version are you installing? Did you install as the user that will be running the designer? Does this link in the Partner Area help?

We're using Crystal 8.5B and installed as admin and attempted to run as admin. We'll try out the suggestions from the other post.
