Is there a way to get rid of Quantities showing as being on PO when the PO has long since been completed? These items were not shipped on the original PO. I am not sure which of the following happened:
Back order for each item zeroed in receiving
OR when asked " There are backorders - do you want to complete this PO " I answered "Yes"
OR the PO was deleted at a later date.(I am still able to view the original PO, so I don't think this last scenario is the case.)
The original order was to a secondary warehouse so they are showing as on PO for that warehouse (if that sheds any light.)

This is an error that will be found and corrected by the integrity check in the next upgrade to Adagio PurchaseOrders, which is currently in Beta. The problem has to do with completing partially received POs - I don't recall if it is when posting the receipt or by completing the PO by right-clicking on it and choosing complete from the pop-up menu.

If you have the last version of POA, I believe a manual DIC in POA will find and correct these errors.

We've done this many times. Just edit the PO and zero out quantities ordered for the items that still have back order quantities. Hope this helps.
