I am using Quik Reports 6.5A, IC 6.1B, in order to print quantities by location I must subtotal Quantities by location, in the sub total section I can not get fields to suppress, is there a way of doing so?

Try suppressing the actual field, rather than the subtotal field. Alternatively, you could create a selection formula to only report on values <> 0, or > 0.
