Hi EMB,
Which version of Adagio Ledger or FX are you using?
If you have created a Statement Group and added a financial statement to print for a specific department (and not for the consolidated setting), this should replicate the display if you open that particular financial statement and select the department from the toolbar. If you open the balance sheet statement and select that department, do you see the same unexpected results regarding 'consolidated', or does it appear as you expected? What about for a different department - expected or 'consolidated' results?
If the display is also incorrect outside of the statement group, then the problem has to do with how your financial statement is defined. Do your balance sheet accounts use departments - if not then only those accounts that have departments will have amounts selected (and accounts with no departments will print with zero). Perhaps the formulas are not set up to read the department from the toolbar - ensure that column B (or wherever the account numbers are set) use the -` as the department selector. If just account numbers with the dash and the ` character, it's possible that only consolidated values will print because you have not defined departments to be part of the statement.
If the display is correct when loaded manually, and the problem only occurs when using the statement group, then the statement group settings are not set up correctly. Edit the statement group and ensure that the options are set as you expected them to be.
