Could you e-mail me a ZIP of this Ledger data? I assume by "another system" you mean ACCPAC Plus, not another workstation. Has this site been experiencing any other odd behaviour?

For others reading this, the Adagio Ledger integrity check reports a Phase 2 error if you delete a department but do not delete accounts associated with that department. The solution is to recreate the department code.

If in this situation, the Edit Departments screen does not list dept's 'OM' or 'OM1', then they were accidentally removed and need to be be re-added.
