If you are using ACCPAC Plus GL with QCWIN, it is the posting function in QCWIN that sends the QCWIN check batch to the ACCPAC GL.

You will be asked if you wish to purge the GL transactions in QCWIN only if you are not using GL with QCWIN and then, only if you chose NOT to consolidate the GL transactions.

You will be able to print the GL Transactions as many times as you wish, providing you have not retrieved the QCWIN batch into GL yet. Once you have used this function in the GL, you will not have a GL transactions batch in QCWIN to print.

If you have unposted batches in QCWIN from a previous month, and then post them in the current month, this is what will show up in the GL, once you select to Retrieve Subledger Batches from the GL Batch Processing Menu. I would make sure you do not have previously accumulated QCWIN batches there that have not been posted from previous months.
