Can you print a batch listing from Sample data? Sample data is installed into the softrak\qiwin\samdata directory.

If you can, the next step is to check for orphan batch files in the data directory.

If data has been improperly restored, you may have batch files in the data directory that do not have an ?Open? status on the Batch Status report.

Batch files are named: QIBnnnnI.XXX and QIBnnnnR.XXX

nnnn represents the 4 digit batch number and XXX represents the 3 character data extension.
