Yes, if you want multiple people printing custom reports in your organization you will need to purchase Adagio Lanpaks. These are much less expensive than licensing multiple copies of Crystal Reports for Adagio (which was required prior to the release of PrintTool). Remember, Adagio Lanpaks are a one-time expense - there is no ongoing Upgrade Fee associated with them.
