I am using Adagio Corp for Invoices to prepare for a prospect demo (x:\softrak\invoices\samdata; sam).

I would like to add a Salesperson. The Help tells me: To access the Edit Salesperson function, select Salesperson from the Edit menu. This will open the Salesperson list.

The problem is that this does not appear under the Edit menu, at least in my Invoice module.

What am I missing?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. You're not missing anything. It looks like there are a couple of 'old' help topics left in IN9's help that I should have deleted (and will do now). My guess is that you found them using the Search tab in the Help? I know that accessing the Salespersons Maintenance topic from the Help's Table of Contents takes you to the proper topic.

When using IN9 with Receivables 8.x data, then Salespersons are editable via the Edit menu.

However, when Receivables 9.x data is being used, Receivables has taken over the responsibility for Salespersons. As such, you'll find an Edit | Salespersons function in Receivables 9.

I did use the AR module to access Salespeople.

But you are correct, I searched the Help in Invoices and it claimed we could do this in Invoices, which of course was puzzling.
