LotTracker allows you to create Lots for Adagio Inventory items and record the quantity available in each lot. Lots can be received directly in LotTracker, so a purchasing program is not required. If POTracker is available, Lots can be received directly on a POTracker Receipt.

The quantity available in a Lot can be reduced by the quantity sold on an invoice or order in Order Entry and can also be reduced by quantity sold on an Adagio Invoice's Invoice. It can also be reduced by an invoice in CounterSales or a job in JobTracker or directly within LotTracker on a LotTracker invoice. When selecting lot quantities on an invoice, the available lots are presented in receipted order so the oldest receipted lots are reduced first. Reports are provided for Lot History, Lot Quantities, and Lots due to expire on or before a selected date.

When an integrated LotTracking solution is desired that does not require exporting and importing data to Excel Spreadsheets, LotTracker can be your solution. LotTracker provides Lot Quantity and Expiry tracking for Adagio Inventory items.

We really don't see why LotTracker would not be a good fit for this client. Please give us a call if you would like to discuss the clients requirements further.

Adagio Invoices can now be used with LotTracker. The invoice can be selected and Lot quantities can be assigned from the oldest Lot to relevant inventory items. Reports and Inquiries are provided to identify Lots with unsold quantities that are due to expire on or before a specified date.

When the only issue is when a lot will expire, an Excel spreadsheet with Item Lot and Expiry sorted by Expiry Date should be all that is required.
