The Queue can be sorted by Status, Date and Customer:



Multi-select is available to delete a whole series of entries.

The report can be printed to AdagioPDF, and report options allow you to isolate the entries you are about to delete:



Entries that are in the queue can be resent (to another e-mail address if necessary.

What's the difference between clearing this queue and your Outlook "Sent Items" Folder?

This is not a major issue, but just to continue the converation...

Outlook does not delete the messages, it moves them to a "deleted" folder.

Of course if you delete the contents of that folder, they are truly gone.

Of course, in the real world, you will need to find an e-mail exactly one day after clearing.
