Do workstation options have to be set up on every computer one at a time? I thought by setting them up on the sys user that the settings would push through to all users, but it doesn't seem to be working.

If you are talking about the settings under File | Workstation Options, they are the one thing that must be done at each computer one at a time, since the settings are saved locally.

Workstation options are all about printers. can't you just make your Windows Default printer be set the way you want? What are you trying to accomplish that is set in the Workstation Options?

We always set the report printer to pdf while defaults are set to the printer. OE Specifications are really important to be set up correctly and the same for everyone (i.e. Invoice 2 copies, Credit Note 2 copies, Pick Slip, Back Order). Takes a lot of extra time to set up 16 users one at a time. "Set to all users" button would be welcomed here on the sys account.
