We are running version 9.0A (080704) Adagio. Last year when we rolled forward at our year end there was a glitch....we were unable to view/print the previous year's financial statements. This is needed in our company as well as our other license users.

Is there a way around this or are we missing a step? We have not rolled forward in our main company but have done so in another and they are experiencing this issue.

This occurs even if we open the prior year's data path.
Our Company name that is registered is PEI Business Development (now Innovation PEI)

Make sure that you have clicked View | Customize | Settings and reset each toolbar in the financial reporter. There should be a drop down for both Fiscal Year and Fiscal Period. You can print the statement for any period for which there is data. Closing a year does not purge any data from Ledger.

I'm curious as to why you are using such an old version of GL9. We've added many enhancements and new features to the product since 2008. The latest shipping release is GL9.0D(120207).
