A client wants to export AR notes (both the block ones and the date-stamped ones) as well as the AR alerts to Excel. There is a function under File | Export | Customer Notes, but I think it grabs only the date-stamped ones.

Short of using GridView RW, which is not a program my client has or wants, is there a way to accomplish this?

Why do you think they need GRidView Read-Write?

Currently, GridView is the only way to export the additional comments. That, or export the Notes report.

You're right, I wasn't thinking straight. GridView would work (although they don't own that either).

Does the Notes report includes Alerts? I don't think so.
