How is the client running Quik Check (presumably the Windows Version) and Advantage Corporate? Quik Check Plus for Windows was discontinued long ago. It uses an old (16-bit) version of Crystal reports. Adagio Checks uses a 32-bit version of Crystal which should be happier.

Time to upgrade.
