I have a client where the 'details' of a field is not available. They have not consolidated and using the 6.8B with the latest ptf. How can I get this feature working?

The formula that you are using to output the numeric value will specify whether or not the 'Details' drill-down will be available on the right-click pop up menu.

ADGET, ADDRONLY and ADCRONLY should all be fine, unless you are using the RngMerge function to build the account key. Drill-down won't be available for cells that contain a SUM formula.

If they have Ledger 6.8B, the drill-down should be available and working, whether you are in Print mode or Maintain mode. If it is a particular cell that isn't allowing drill-down, please post here (or email us) what the formula syntax is. If it is for all numeric cells in a financial report, then the problem may lie with the report file itself. If this includes sample reports, then I question that a new enough version is in use.
