I am having difficulty with the EFT 8.1D upgrade. I am getting an error message that says "this is not the proper upgrade for the version of Adagio EFT found in folder.....
I already upgraded my AP to the 8.1D successfully.
Did I miss something?
How do I proceed.

There is a discovered problem with the EFT 81D install and recognizing that the codes from a prior version are there. However, if you follow the instructions to enter the serial number and installation code from a prior release of EFT, then the upgrade should continue with no further problems and install successfully.

I can't find or don't have a serial number & install code email from the prior release of 2010-08-11 8.1C.
We purchased EFT just this past May 2011.
