is is possible to delete multiple customers/items from the special prices in a few steps. I have about 11,000 to remove.

You can only delete the price lists one at a time. I'm sure that your dealer could assist you with this using some tools.

What I would do is to export the special prices to Excel, do the deletions there, and then import what's left on top of a new blank special prices file. However, as Doug #2 states, this requires the kind of special knowledge that your dealer could provide.
