In Adagio Ledger 6.8B (021120), the Financial Reporter was modified to tighten up security. You can no longer make edits to Financial Statements when you access them from Print Financial Reports. In this version, if you wish to edit Financial Statements, you will need to access them through Maintenance, Maintain Financial Reports.

This is the note that was added to the release notes:

- The Financial Reporter no longer allows you to make changes to financial specifications when launched from the Print Financial Reports menu choice or from the ?Financial? button on the toolbar. To make changes to a financial specification, you must start the Financial Reporter with the ?Maintain Financial Reports? function in the ?Maintenance? menu. This allows you to prevent certain users from modifying financial statements, while allowing them to print financial statements.
